PRE-LICENSE STATEMENTS

ADWARE / SPYWARE CLEAN
The ProxyFirewall Software does NOT contain Internet ad's of any kind. It does not track your Internet browsing or buying habits. It does not place cookies on your computer. It does not download or index any of your computer data or personal information.
ProxyFirewall will connect to our server to verify registration. (register.uniqueinternetservices.com) This is a quick connection that transfers ten bytes of information (your code) and then disconnects.
If you are a Private Proxy member, it will also connect to members.uniqueinternetservices.com to check for updates or updated proxy lists. If you are using open servers and click on the check proxies button it will use the proxy to tunnel and make a connection to our proxy check server. ProxyFirewall makes no other connections or sends no other data to our servers.

USE OF SOFTWARE - FREEWARE
The user does not need to purchase anything from Unique Internet Services, LLC to make the software work. There are many public socks5 proxy links on the net that can be used in the Open Proxy Tab.

If you are already a user of a private proxy service, you can use the service in the Manual Proxy Tab. This is providing the service offers REAL socks5 proxy servers that require authentication.

If the public proxy servers are to slow for your needs, Unique Internet Services, LLC. offers a broadband proxy service that works from the Private Proxy Tab. Please keep in mind that Unique Internet Services is not a left wing privacy organization. We are a rooted Internet security and privacy company providing security and privacy to concerned Internet users. While our services and software may provide you with anonymity, if you sign up for our private proxy servers and use them for illegal activities or spam our entire privacy policy does not apply. This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and
Unique Internet Services, LLC.

Please read this carefully before using our Software or using
our services. By entering the register code, downloading, making
a copy, installing or otherwise using our Software or Services,
you confirm your acceptance with the terms of this License Agreement and agree to be bound by them and our Terms Of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, AND our
Terms Of Service AND our Privacy Policy do not enter the register
code or use our Software or services in any way.

UNIQUE INTERNET SERVICES, LLC. LICENSE AND LIMITED WARRANTY

This legal document is an agreement between you ("LICENSEE") and UNIQUE INTERNET SERVICES, LLC.

In consideration of your agreement to abide by the terms of this
license AND Our Terms Of Service (TOS) AND our Privacy Policy
listed at the bottom of our web page at uniqueinternetservices.com,
Unique Internet Services agrees to grant AND you agree to
accept our TOS and the following terms and conditions, a personal and non-exclusive limited license to use the Licensed software.
You assume the responsibility for the selection of the program to
achieve your intended results, and for the installation,
use and results obtained.

You also agree not to use the software in a manner that violates or constitutes a violation of any applicable federal, state or other laws, rules or regulations, including, without limitation, the CAN-SPAM Act. of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 7701 et seq.), as amended.

This license authorizes for use of the Proxy Firewall Software.

EMAIL PRIVACY
The user will submit an email address to receive update notices and bug fix notices. Unique Internet Services, LLC. agrees to keep your email address STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and only use it to send you e-mail notifications about our new or existing products and services, special offers, or to otherwise contact you.
We will not share your email address or any other personally identifiable information outside of Unique Internet Services, LLC..

OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE
Title to the Software will at all times remain with
Unique Internet Services. You may not modify, adapt, translate,
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.
In addition: You may not use the software in connection with your business to sell a product or service without prior written permission from Unique Internet Services, LLC.

COPY RESTRICTIONS
This software and the accompanying written materials are copyrights. Unauthorized copying of the Software or written materials is expressly forbidden. You will be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement which is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this agreement.

LINKING PROXY FIREWALL
You may not offer ProxyFirewall for download on your web site or distribute it in any manner without prior written permission.

USE RESTRICTIONS
The Licensee is obtaining limited rights to use the Proxy Firewall
software. You may not adopt, translate, or create derivative works
based on the written materials without prior written consent of
Unique Internet Services.

You may not use our software to crash, slow, or harm and computer
system in any way. You may not obtain unauthorized access to any
computer system while using our software.

TERM OF LICENSE
This License is effective until terminated. If the license is ever
terminated, you must destroy the Software, the written materials,
and all copies. You may terminate the license at any time by
destroying the Software, the written materials, and all copies.

UPDATE POLICY
Unique Internet Services may create, from time to time, updated
versions of the Software. Unique Internet Services will make such
updates available to all users.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Unique Internet Services warrants that the Software will perform
substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials.
Unique Internet Services does not warrant, guarantee or make any
representation regarding the use, of the Software or written
materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, currency,
or otherwise. The entire risk, as to the results and performance of
the Software, is assumed by you.

The above is the only warranty of any kind, either express or
implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose that is made by Unique Internet Services on the Software.
No oral or written information or advice given by Unique Internet
Services, its dealers, distributors, agents, or employees shall
create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty
and you may not rely on any such information or advice.

Neither Unique Internet Services nor anyone else who has been
involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the product
shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or
incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, loss of business information, loss of health
or any loss whatsoever) arising out of the use or inability to use
such product, even if Unique Internet Services has been advised of
the possibility of such damages. This warranty gives you specific
rights. You may have other rights which vary by state, and certain
limitations contained in the limited warranty that may not apply
to you.
